When I saw this scene, I could not help imagine a young child’s feeling of shock from losing the grip of the strange object called balloon. It was probably the child’s first experience with the balloon. The object is fun. It does like many other objects that are heavy and want to fall down the child used to. The balloon is light and wants to get away from the hand any possible way. The only way to hold on to it is its tiny string. Finally, the little hand let go of the string and the wonderful object floated away… in just one quick moment.
I also got lost in time imaging the story of the lost balloon 🙂
