Spring is Frolicking

Sometimes to enjoy something, you need to slow down, you need to see how it progresses on its own, you are in the back seat and just observe. That is how I see Spring this year.  I see Spring is moving, unfolding. I see how she organizes herself.  Her first playful work this year is Daffodils. So refreshing…

Lovely images – and yes, they bring about a feeling of spring and warmer days. My favourite is the black and white photo, which I like because it’s different. And you have converted it gorgeously, with rich tones and preserving the nice light.

Yes, I think I need to slow down, and take a look a bit more at the spring moments before they are gone! I’ve been concentrating too much on new accounts like Facebook and Twitter and everything else as well, and it is really possible for a lot of time to go by and my face is still glued to that monitor. Not the best way to live life! 😦 I did see some beautiful Cherry Blossom the other day though. There was a light wind and I purposefully walked under the trees so I could experience the petals falling around me – it was a lovely moment!

I love your pictures of daffodils, the light on them is gorgeous, even on the black and white one, they look amazing – a truly perfect image of spring! 🙂

I know how you feel and I am too glued to the computer days and night :(. I just started to observe how trees changes, different kinds of flowers are coming after another. These from going around rather than actually just go out just to see them.

I am glad you like these pics. Thank you 🙂

    Daffodils! Oh Divine!

‘Sometimes to enjoy something, you need to slow down, you need to see how it progresses on its own, you are in the back seat and just observe.’ – Made me think of my recent stint managing the Thunder Junior Football team. We just finished up the season and I realised that I had not stopped the entire time and I had gone through all the motions getting everything done without having really enjoyed the process. Perhaps a post in the making!

Thanks for sharing 🙂 It’s lovely to get the opportunity to sit down and go through your posts with some more reflection.

Yes, I think we often just go through everything without observe how things progress. It is easy speaking but hard habit to break 😦

Thank you very much for visiting Ms. Lou 🙂
